1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using testsbti.net (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
TestSBTI is a free, entertainment-only personality quiz that assigns one of 27 internet personality types based on a short questionnaire. Results are generated for amusement and self-reflection. The Service is not a clinical, medical, psychological, psychiatric, or professional assessment, and must not be relied upon as such.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.
4. Not Affiliated With Climate or ESG Organizations
TestSBTI is an entertainment quiz. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), any climate-action body, ESG framework, sustainability consortium, or related organization. The shared acronym is coincidental.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to scrape, mirror, or systematically harvest content; reverse-engineer the scoring engine; impersonate the Service; introduce malicious code; abuse rate limits; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, design, code, type definitions, scoring logic, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to TestSBTI and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may share screenshots of your own results for personal use, but you may not republish, modify, or commercially exploit Service content without written permission.
7. No Warranty
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. Quiz outcomes are randomized entertainment and have no scientific validation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will TestSBTI, its operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 0, reflecting that the Service is provided free of charge.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator jurisdiction, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version takes effect on the Effective Date shown above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not accept the changes, please stop using the Service.
